ADMISSIONS GUIDELINES
Who Can Apply & General Entry Criteria
MGK Academy admits learners based on age appropriateness, space availability, and a readiness assessment for primary grades. We ensure every child receives an equal opportunity to thrive in a supportive educational environment.
- ECD A: Ages 3–4 Years (Play-based readiness)
- ECD B: Ages 4–5 Years (Pre-primary readiness)
- Grades 1–7: Placement evaluation or valid transfer records. Valid transfer records
Admissions Checklist
- Student Details (Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Grade)
- Parent / Guardian Contact & Residential Address
- Emergency Contact Info & Medical Aid details
- Medical/Pill Allergy disclosures & current medications (if applicable)
- Food allergies, transport pickup point & previous school history
- Signed Social Media & Emergency Medical consents
- Two Passport sized photographs
